Mr. Bodine is a principal of the firm and has been with Bennett & Bodine, P. A., since 2005. His primary practice focus is in civil litigation. He represents clients in commercial, business, and real estate disputes. His practice includes contract disputes, premises liability, interpretation of leases, indemnification agreements, releases, and other types of contracts. He assists parties in business partner separations, employment agreement disputes, non-compete enforcement, banking law, homes association disputes, debtor-creditor matters, mortgage foreclosures, construction problems, and landlord-tenant matters. He is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri State and Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bodine has extensive trial experience in both Kansas and Missouri courts.
